With a 120-hour TESOL certificate and teaching experience, I use interactive, student-centered lessons focused on communication, grammar, and confidence. So first of all I do test the level of each student then I plan the materials based on the results. I do believe that constant interaction is extremely important especially nowadays after the massive usage of technology.
