Strengths: One of my greatest strengths is my ability to build meaningful connections with students. I believe that children learn best when they feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged. I adapt my teaching methods to each student’s learning style, making lessons both engaging and effective. I’m also patient, creative, and committed to creating a classroom where students feel confident to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. My international teaching and volunteer experience has helped me become flexible and work successfully with learners from different backgrounds.
Weakness:
At the beginning of my teaching journey, I sometimes spent too much time preparing lessons because I wanted every detail to be perfect. Over time, I realized that effective teaching is about responding to students’ needs in the moment, not just following a perfect plan. I have learned to balance preparation with flexibility, allowing my lessons to be both well-structured and student-centered.
