Empowering Women Through English Education

I'm a 20-years old 4th year student at Boğaziçi University, Department of Foreign Language Education. For two years I worked with both Turkish and International University Students to improve speaking and writing skills, with concentration on grammar, fluency, and preparation for proficiency exams such as TOEFL. I can also offer lessons to high-school students and 8th graders who may want to improve their English skills for their school, to pass an exam or become fluent speakers. I am very patient, adaptable and open-minded. I urge my students to ask questions, both within the context of the lesson and beyond. I encourage them take risks and overcome the fear of making mistakes as this is a crucial part of the learning process.
