Ravzanur Akkas

I have a solid background in teaching Turkish, both in structured educational environments and informal settings. I worked at ACI Dershanesi, a private educational institution, where I supported middle and high school students with Turkish language skills. My responsibilities included explaining grammar topics, improving reading comprehension, and helping students develop better writing techniques. This experience strengthened my communication, patience, and ability to adapt to different learning needs. In addition to this, I participated in an Erasmus exchange program, which gave me the opportunity to introduce the basics of the Turkish language to international students. I organized informal Turkish conversation sessions and created simple, engaging materials to support their daily communication in Turkey. It was during this experience that I discovered my passion for teaching my native language and promoting cultural exchange. Thanks to my education in History at Gazi University, I have developed a deep appreciation for language, culture, and the power of communication. I am fluent in Turkish and have a basic level of English, which I am actively working to improve. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and helping them connect with Turkish language and culture in a meaningful way. I believe that learning a language should be enjoyable, supportive, and personalized. That’s why I aim to create a warm, respectful, and encouraging learning environment for every student. I look forward to continuing my journey as an online Turkish tutor and making a positive impact in the lives of language learners.
