Gökben Pedük, who started her professional life as a Night Auditor Clerk at Istanbul Hilton Bosphorus Hotel in 1996, gained various experiences in the hotel, agency, airline, and car rental departments during her education at Mersin University's Tourism Management and Hotel Management Department. During these experiences, he also had guiding experience abroad in Hong Kong and agency experience in Paris. After graduation, he worked professionally in the F&B Management Trainee program at the Holiday Inn BWI Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, between 2001 and 2003. During his MBA education in hotel management at Johnson & Wales University, he worked as a shift leader/supervisor in the banquet and front office departments at the Radisson Warwick Airport Hotel between 2005 and 2008. After graduation, he worked as the Front Office MOD Night Manager at the Westin Waltham Hotel from 2008 to 2009. After completing the CAGS program in human resources at Johnson & Wales University in 2009-2010, he returned to Istanbul. Between 2010 and 2015, he worked as System & Revenue Support at the Istanbul Türkiye head office of the Best Western brand. He was hired to Group Revenue Manager positions in Avantgarde Hotels Group and Dedeman International Hotels between 2016 and 2022. Moving on to the hotel digital platform management he worked as the E-commerce & Digital Marketing Director in G Hospitality Hotel Group from 2022 to 2024. He was the Istanbul & Marmara Regional Manager in Peninsula Tours in charge of incoming operations from many BTD and European countries. Now He is teaching Hospitality and Business in BA and MBA level at University of Wolverhampton.
