Working software engineer who teaches programming to complete beginners, students, and adults — in English or Farsi.

My lessons are active, not lectures. In programming the student writes something small that runs every session — they type, I correct live. In language lessons they talk more than I do. I start from what the student actually wants and work backwards to the material, and every concept gets a concrete analogy before a formal definition.
