Teaching Experience
I am new to private English tutoring, but I am fluent in English and confident in my ability to help learners improve their communication skills. I am ready to work with beginners and students who want to become more comfortable speaking English in everyday situations.
Teaching Methods
My teaching approach is friendly, practical, and student-centred. I focus on conversation practice, vocabulary building, pronunciation, listening, and basic grammar. I encourage students to speak without fear of making mistakes and provide corrections and explanations in a supportive way.
Qualifications
I am a Computer Engineering university student in Istanbul and a fluent English speaker. Although I do not currently hold a formal English teaching certificate, I am motivated to help students learn and continuously improve my tutoring skills.
How I Conduct My Lessons
I begin by understanding the student's current English level, learning goals, and areas of difficulty. I then prepare lessons suited to their needs. Each session may include a short review, new vocabulary or grammar, guided conversation, practical exercises, and feedback. I aim to make lessons interactive, useful, and enjoyable, with activities that help students use English confidently in real-life situations.I also encourage students to practise outside lessons through simple daily conversations, reading short texts, and learning useful expressions. I welcome questions and adjust my teaching pace according to each student's progress. My goal is to help every learner become more confident, communicate naturally, and enjoy the process of learning English.while developing strong communication skills for everyday life.
