I am a dedicated and experienced English teacher based in Istanbul, with teaching experience in both Turkey and Nigeria, as well as online. I work with children, teenagers, and adult learners, and I adapt my teaching style to match each student’s level, needs, and learning pace.
In my classroom, I focus on creating a supportive and comfortable environment where students feel confident to speak English without fear of making mistakes. I believe that confidence is the key to language learning, so I encourage students to actively participate and use English in real-life communication as much as possible.
My lessons are structured but flexible. I carefully plan each class, but I also adjust my approach depending on how the student is responding. I place strong emphasis on speaking and communication skills, while also improving grammar, vocabulary, listening, and pronunciation in a practical way.
I am very patient, attentive, and committed to my students’ progress. I take time to understand each learner’s strengths and weaknesses so I can guide them effectively. I also give regular feedback to help students improve steadily and stay motivated.
Overall, my goal is to help students not only learn English, but to use it confidently in everyday life, academic settings, and professional situations. I am passionate about teaching and committed to helping each student reach their full potential.
