Ingilizce benim için sadece ögrettigim bir ders degil, hayatimin önemli bir parçasi. Farkli ülkelerde yasadim, farkli kültürlerden insanlarla iletisim kurdum ve birden fazla dil ögrenmenin getirdigi zorluklari bizzat deneyimledim. Bu nedenle ögrencilerin yeni bir dili ögrenirken yasayabilecegi çekingenlikleri, hata yapma korkusunu ve motivasyon sorunlarini çok iyi anliyorum.
Ögretmen olarak amacim, ögrencinin yalnizca dogru Ingilizceyi ögrenmesini degil, Ingilizce konusurken kendini rahat ve özgüvenli hissetmesini saglamak.
Derslerimde ögrencilerimin kisiliklerini ve ilgi alanlarini da dikkate aliyorum. Sevdiginiz konular hakkinda konusmak, günlük hayattan örnekler kullanmak veya ilginizi çeken içerikler üzerinden çalismak, dili daha dogal ve kalici bir sekilde ögrenmenize yardimci oluyor.
Ben de bir dil ögrenicisi oldugum için, bir dili ögrenmenin zaman ve sabir gerektirdigini biliyorum. Bu yüzden derslerimde ögrencilerime hata yapabilecekleri, soru sorabilecekleri ve kendi hizlarinda gelisebilecekleri rahat bir ortam sunuyorum.
Benim için iyi bir ders, ögretmenin bütün zamani konustugu bir ders degil; ögrencinin dersten çikarken “Bugün gerçekten Ingilizce kullandim” diyebildigi bir derstir. ??
English is more than just a subject I teach — it has been an important part of my own life. I have lived in different countries, communicated with people from different cultures, and experienced the challenges of learning languages myself. Because of this, I understand the shyness, fear of making mistakes and motivation challenges that can come with learning a new language.
As a teacher, my goal is not only to help students use correct English, but also to help them feel comfortable and confident using it.
I like getting to know my students as individuals and incorporating their interests into lessons. Talking about topics they enjoy and using real-life situations makes English feel more natural and meaningful.
As someone who also learns languages, I know that progress takes time, patience and consistent practice. I therefore try to create a relaxed environment where students can make mistakes, ask questions and develop at their own pace.
For me, a successful lesson is not one where the teacher does all the talking. It is one where the student finishes the lesson thinking: “Today, I actually used English
