MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
I believe that language learning should be meaningful, practical, and empowering. As a teacher specializing in grammar and speaking skills, I strive to make lessons relevant by connecting them to real-life situations and everyday communication. I work with a wide range of learners—from teenagers to adult professionals—and adapt my teaching style to meet their individual needs and goals. I use hands-on activities and interactive methods that encourage active participation, confidence, and real-world application.
My core values—respect, lifelong learning, empowerment, collaboration, and a growth mindset—guide everything I do in the classroom. I aim to build a space where students feel heard, supported, and motivated to take risks in their learning. I also believe in sharing my vision with students: that learning a language is not just about mastering rules, but about opening doors to new opportunities, cultures, and personal growth. In addition, I am actively learning how to integrate technology into my teaching, so I can create more dynamic, accessible, and modern learning experiences. By combining practical skills, inspiration, and a willingness to grow alongside my students, I hope to help them become confident, capable communicators in English.
