Hello! I'm a licensed English teacher with nine years of teaching experience, specializing in helping young learners develop their English skills. I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English and am currently pursuing a Master's degree in English Language Teaching.
My teaching approach is communicative, interactive, and student-centered. I believe students learn best when they actively use English in meaningful, enjoyable, and practical situations. I use a variety of teaching techniques, including Total Physical Response (TPR), games, storytelling, phonics activities, visual aids, and guided conversations to make lessons engaging and effective.
My classes focus on developing listening, speaking, reading, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation. I also incorporate phonics and reading activities to help young learners build a strong foundation in English. Lessons are structured according to students' proficiency levels and learning goals, using CEFR-based guidelines to support their progress.
I primarily specialize in teaching children aged 4–12, from beginners to more advanced learners. I also have experience teaching adult learners and adapting lessons to different needs, interests, and learning styles.
In my classes, I create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace. I provide positive reinforcement, personalized feedback, and plenty of opportunities for students to speak and practise what they learn.
My goal is to help every student become a more confident, capable, and independent English speaker while enjoying the learning process. I look forward to helping you or your child achieve your English-learning goals!
